Our pricing is determined based on the total surface area, the level of cleaning required, and the specific equipment or solutions needed for the job. We stand by our quotes and will communicate clearly if any unforeseen adjustments are necessary.

Scheduling and Cancellations
We understand that life is busy, which is why RNR Property Services offers flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend appointments. We pride ourselves on reliability and fast turnaround times. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we request at least 24 hours' notice. For last-minute bookings, we do our best to accommodate your needs based on current availability.
Weather Policy
We work through rain or shine to stay on schedule. However, in cases of severe weather that may compromise safety or the quality of the results, we will contact you immediately to reschedule for the next available opening.
Customer Responsibilities
Clear the Area
Please remove any furniture, planters, or decorative items from the areas to be cleaned prior to our arrival.
Close Openings
Ensure all windows and doors are tightly closed and locked to prevent water ingress during high-pressure washing.
Water Access
Please ensure an outdoor water spigot is accessible and in working order for our equipment connection.
Limitation of Liability
RNR Property Services performs all work with the utmost care and professional standards. However, we are not responsible for damage due to previously existing conditions, such as loose mortar, cracked siding, or weathered wood that may be affected by the cleaning process. Our liability is limited to the total cost of the services provided. We recommend property owners inspect their surfaces and notify us of any fragile areas before we begin.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We guarantee our labor and will return to address any spots or areas missed during the initial service if notified within 48 hours. Please note that while we strive for 100% stain removal, some deep-set oil stains or oxidation may be permanent. We will always be transparent about expected results during the estimate process.
Property Access and Safety
Authorized access to the property must be provided during the scheduled service window.
Pets and children must remain indoors or at a safe distance from the work area for their safety.
Gates and entry points should be unlocked or access codes provided to ensure efficient service delivery.
